KICKOFF COVERAGE n The Auburn defense is the only defense in the SEC that has not given up more than 30 points in a game this season. n The 58-yard game-winning TD pass to Seth Williams from Bo Nix at Ole Miss was Williams’ third career game-winning catch (Texas A&M 2018, Oregon 2019, Ole Miss 2020). It was the fourth time Nix has led Auburn on a fourth-quarter drive to put the Tigers ahead for good. n Colby Wooden leads the SEC with 6.5 TFL this season; Wooden has recorded at least 1.0 TFL in four of five games. n Zakoby McClain ranks sixth in the SEC in total tackles, aver- aging 10.6 per game; Owen Pappoe (9.4) ranks 10th. n True freshman Tank Bigsby, who leads the SEC in all-pur- pose average (163.2/gm) and ranks third nationally, has accounted for more than a third (10-28) of Auburn’s plays of 20+ yards this season (8 KOR, 2 rush). n Bigsby, who rushed for 146 yards vs. Arkansas, 111 yards and his first career TD at South Carolina, and 129 yards and two scores at Ole Miss, is the first Auburn freshman to rush for 100 yards in three consecutive games; only Bo Jackson (1982) and Michael Dyer (2010) also rushed for three 100-yard games against SEC opposition as Auburn freshmen. n Seth Williams is the SEC offensive player of the week and Tank Bigsby is the SEC freshman of the week for their play in the Ole Miss win.
